Rock Harbor Resort & Motel Policies
For over 50 years, Rock Harbor Resort has been part of the Lake of the Ozarks experience. Our quiet cove location offers a peaceful retreat, while still keeping guests close to local attractions and lake activities. We take pride in sharing this beautiful area with visitors from all over.
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking/burning of any kind, as in the lodge itself, including all areas around the units. (ex, vaping, cigarettes, incense, candles). Smoking is allowed outside of the units, please properly dispose of all smoking materials. Smoking in the room will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

BBQ Grills
We do not provide any BBQ grills, however you are welcome to bring your own. In the event you use a BBQ grill, please do not use them on the wooden decks around the resort.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on-line. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.
Additional Occupants
Any additional person in the unit will be a charge of $10. The maximum number of persons (includes infants and children) may not be exceeded in any unit. If the maximum number is exceeded, you may be asked to leave at managers discretion.
Pets-Allowed on Approval
$15 per day per pet-must be on a leash on resort grounds. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN YOUR UNIT. Only some units are pet friendly to accommodate guests with allergies. Please inquire when booking a unit about your pet. You are responsible for any damages that your pet may acquire.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-out time is 11 AM. Check-in time is 3 PM to 9 PM. If you would like to check-in before 3pm, call for availability. Any check-ins requested before 1pm will be charged a half-day rate.
Deposits
Two days rent required on all reservations up to 1 week. Additional length of stay will require more nights paid up front at time of booking.
Cancellations and Changes
If cancellation reaches our office 30 days before scheduled arrival, deposit less 15% service charge will be refunded; less than 30 days' notice will result in no refund.

Holidays
Memorial & Labor Day weekends-minimum 3 days at weekend rate, paid in advance.
Linens
For your boating and swimming pleasure please bring your own beach towels. Rock Harbor Resort will provide you with trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, toilet paper, and hand soap. Baking pans and other kitchen items may be available upon request.
Housekeeping
If anything breaks or you can't clean up a mess yourself, please call us right away at (573) 374-5586. Daily housekeeping is not offered. If you need clean linens, we can exchange them at the day office between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Trash
Please put out all trash by 5:00 p.m. Please do not put trash out after dark or overnight. We provide additional trash bags at the day office upon request.
Pool Hours
8 a.m.-10 p.m. Pool chemicals may be added after 10 p.m. No lifeguard on duty.
Covered With Electric Boat Slips
Available upon request, on a first come first serve bases. Prices range from $10-$15.
In respect for your neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 12:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. The City of Sunrise Beach has an ordinance regarding peace disturbance, which could result in a fine up to $500.00.
Rock Harbor Resort is not to be held liable in the event of any accidents or injuries.
